As a state-driven national organization, URGE organizes our communities, provides a political home for young people, advocates for meaningful policy change, and shifts culture, working in states where the challenges and opportunities are greatest.
The mission of the National Abortion Federation is to unite, represent, serve, and support abortion providers in delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. Organizational Core Values are the principles and fundamental beliefs that guide our daily functioning. Through collaboratively defining and implementing these values, we establish a foundation that allows us to maintain a workplace dedicated to continual learning and prepared to recognize and address oppressions and micro-aggressions.
We strengthen the health justice and advocacy movement to achieve community-led political and policy wins that put people over profits.

Attain guaranteed robust protections against workplace violence with an emphasis on prevention through collective bargaining agreements, regulations, and legislation at the federal level, modeled on California’s 2014 landmark workplace violence prevention bill. Secure mandatory health and safety standards in the workplace to protect patients and nurses against infectious diseases such as Covid-19, building on the precedent-setting Ebola guidelines won in California, and advocate for regulatory policy and collective bargaining agreements that guarantee nurses the education, training, and personal protective equipment they need at work.
Whole Woman’s Health is a privately-owned, feminist healthcare management company committed to providing holistic care for all. We manage health clinics providing comprehensive gynecology services, including abortion care. It is our philosophy that everyone must be at the center of their own healthcare decisions, and that treating people holistically — honoring head, heart, and body — will better serve and improve the health and happiness of our communities.
Reproaction is a left-flank culture change organization with deep chops in strategic communications, fearless opposition research, and community organizing, including but not limited to non-violent direct action. We work to increase access to abortion and advance reproductive rights.

We honor people’s decisions: from the moment a patient walks into our doors, to the moment they walk out, into the next phase of a life transformed because they got the quality care they deserved.
For over a century, the American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) has been committed to the advancement of women in medicine. Although the number of women choosing careers in medicine has grown substantially, there has not been a commensurate rise in women to senior leadership positions. AMWA’s work helps address this gender gap in leadership, through advocacy, mentorship and sponsorship, leadership development, research, constituency building, and policy reform – with a goal for institutional and cultural transformation in gender equity and career parity.
